A factory-wide view of operations
The 3D site view brings workshop layouts together with plan completion, equipment status, quality, energy use and carbon emissions. Managers can review operations in context and identify areas that need attention.

The Digital Foundry Operations Center brings production plans, process progress, equipment status, quality indicators and energy information into 3D factory and workshop scenes. Teams can move from a site-wide overview to production zones to review plan execution and cycle times across melting, molding, pouring, cleaning and heat treatment. Equipment views present overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), operating parameters, maintenance work orders and alerts to support scheduling and maintenance decisions.

Workshop views organize information by pattern making, molding, melting and pouring, cleaning, and heat treatment. Process progress, planned and actual output, and cycle-time trends help teams relate execution to the shop floor and review production deviations.

Equipment lists group assets by type and show running, idle, maintenance and fault states. OEE, temperature, vibration, voltage and current provide operating context, alongside maintenance work orders, fault trends, health indicators and alerts to help teams prioritize attention.
